Prism Digital advocates continuous improvement of technology and our candidates and clients being at the forefront of the implementation of DevOps culture through the utilisation of the latest DevOps tools and process improvements. To enforce our mantra, we provide our placements with complimentary training and a certification, typically within the public cloud space.


We help build communities

The London technology community is at the heart of our business, and in order to facilitate discussion around DevOps tools, ideas and culture, we organise and sponsor two meetups: WinOps and London DevOps. These meet monthly and encourage collaboration around hot topics in the community.

Our unique position as a facilitator between candidates and clients means that we can bring the two together, creating valuable relationships in the process.

We host the meetups in some of London’s most prestigious tech venues. If you’re interested to learn more or be involved directly.

We organise an annual DevOps conference

We have been running the WinOps conference since 2015. The conference was created as we discovered that events were lacking for people who work with, or are interested in working with, DevOps tools, methodologies and attitudes inside the Microsoft ecosystem.

The conference attracts speakers and attendees globally and is a great platform for learning and collaboration. Typically the event is run over two days comprising of workshops and keynote speakers from the likes of Microsoft, Ticketmaster and ASOS.


Story behind Prism Digital

Prism was founded in 2012, with a focus on placing candidates into the DevOps, cloud and infrastructure market. We pride ourselves on our consultative approach and our knowledge of the DevOps and cloud sector. We are a niche consultancy with a tight focus in what is a very fast paced and often changeable space.

We would rather retain clients and drive quality than constantly add new clients. This model is effective at all levels, from startups to FTSE 100 businesses.

Our startup mentality means that we are hungry and driven, but also focused on building long lasting client relationships. Being a smaller consultancy allows us to have a more personal experience with our customers, who tell us they value our partnership and way of working.

This combined with our technology specific focus means that we 'get’ the market resulting in us getting the results.

Mission Statement

Prism Digital are a recruitment consultancy specialising in technology. We want to foster our clients’ growth by connecting them with the best IT talent. We focus on building real relationships with our clients and candidates, to ensure that business is transparent and honest, and that we can use our intimate knowledge of the technology community to screen the best candidates. With this in mind, it is our mission to connect smart people with outstanding clients.


We share everything we can with our employees. We are open and honest about our business and our hiring strategies. Our clients and candidates are kept in the loop at all stages of the process, and we make sure to be prompt and honest with them.


We emphasise building relationships, both internally and externally. From within the company to our clients and candidates, we are focussed on building long-lasting relationships with those we work with, and beyond into the wider technology community. A lot of this comes from engaging with London’s technology communities, whether by attending other meetups or organising our own.

Team Work

Each consultant has their own independent patch that they work, but this does not mean that they’re left to themselves. With a strong emphasis on mentoring and leadership, our more senior consultants take on juniors to train and support. This builds a strong relationship in the company, from directors down to junior consultants, and between each member.


We are genuinely interested in the technologies that we recruit for. By organising and attending meetups we get to meet people who are as interested, and learn more about our specialisms. This passion means that we put our all effort into our work.


We embrace quirkiness. From new marketing campaigns to different ways at approaching recruitment, we welcome new ideas from all members of the team, however crazy! From company karaoke nights to trips to Ibiza, we like to embrace the mantra ‘work hard, play hard’. This even extends to our clients, who we like to bring out on nights out.
