Key Hire

Gene Kim’s….

Our premium solution – think modern day search incorporating the latest innovation, tech and processes with a guarantee of a 12 month replacement. Doing it our way you will always get the right person and de-risk any uncertainty with your hire.

Commercials:

  • 30% of full first year package
  • 12-month free replacement
  • £2k upfront partnership payment
  • Partnership payment is deducted from the final fee
  • Remaining balance to be paid when placement is complete
  • Partnership payment will be repaid in full if the search is unsuccessful within 3 months
  • We will place with you! To express our commitment, we will pay a £1500 compensation fee to you if we do not make a placement (subject to the agreed SLAs)
  • We credit you 10 % of any fees we make from candidates we source during your campaign who we then go on to place with other clients.This credit can then be used against future recruitment fees.

Perm+

Patrick Debois'....

Our remake of the classic permanent candidate search. Our model of no-placement-no-fee creates an ‘unfair advantage’ for you by accelerating the process and gaining commitment in the recruitment journey.

Commercials:

  • Two choices:
    • 25% of full first year package = 6-month free replacement window
    • 20% of full first year package = 3-month free replacement window
  • £2k upfront partnership payment
  • Partnership payment is deducted from the final fee
  • Partnership payment will be repaid in full if the search is unsuccessful within 3 months

Additional Services:

  • First round video interviews (Applies to 25% fee only)
  • Time on-site during sourcing and for interviewing

StartUp

John Willis’....

We work with a large amount of new companies, many of which are recently funded and are conscious not to burn their cash flow on recruitment fees. This is the product for them! The commercials are the same as the Perm+ as above. In addition, we will give you the following benefits:

Commercials:

  • Divide the fee by 10 and then pay the amount monthly over 12 months
    • This is a small additional cost to cover flexibility on payment terms
  • No upfront partnership payment

Additional Services:

  • First round video interviews (Applies to 25% fee only)
  • Time on-site during sourcing and for interviewing

Multi Hire

Jez Humble’s....

Our multiple hire solution for 4 or more placements. This solution blends our premium service features (Gene Kim) but at a significantly reduced cost to reflect the committed business partnership with a new income stream for you. This is where our long-term clients are working with us and we hope this to be with you soon! This is the ideal product when you require 4 or more people with a similar skill set over the 12-month agreement.

Commercials:

  • 20% of full first year package
  • 20% of total projected fees being paid upfront
  • 80% of the individual fees to be paid on completion of each placement
  • Free replacements throughout the 12-month agreement
  • We credit you 10 % of any fees we make from candidates we source during your campaign who we then go on to place with other clients. This credit can then be used against future recruitment fees.

Additional Services:

  • The same as the Gene Kim, instead you will receive two industry leading certifications & training courses per placement

Contract

Our fastest delivery method. You will be selecting from our bench of seasoned and referenced contractor base from the industry.

Commercials:

  • Transparent margin system – open book on pay and charge rates
  • Option for working interviews

Additional Services:

  • First round video interviews
  • Monthly site visit to contractors
  • Full background checks as required

Outsourced In-house

This solution is perfect for clients looking to hire 12+ placements per year.

Commercials:

  • Most competitive rate divided by 12 = £monthly retainer
  • 12 month term
  • We credit you 10% of any fees we make from candidates we source during your campaign who we then go on to place with other clients. This credit can then be used against future recruitment fees.
